All shipping is done from my home outside the Chicagoland area. I will ship your products that are on hand within 3-5 business days.  All specialty products custom ordered will be shipped as soon as possible. SOMETIMES I am at the mercy of overseas shipping with certain gemstones (when I need to order product) and they are sometimes delayed up to 6 weeks. I will let you know upfront if I need to order product from overseas + creation time + shipping to your door. Shipping prices will vary and most shipments will be about $7.50.  I will use the best product shipping method for price, ease of use and the fastest shipping process. Expedited Shipping will be charged accordingly. I am willing to work with you regarding reasonable requests.
